Professional product experience
I began my journey at Capital One my senior year of college, as an intern. For 6 months I worked on standing up an internal agent coaching tool called SAGE.
In 2020 I was offered a product design position in their Premium Products space. I spent a year launching Capital One’s first Airport Lounge digital experience. '
After launching internal and customer facing products I became interested in working on a design system. I worked as a designer on our enterprise and commercial banking design systems from 2021 to 2023.
In 2023, I began a new role as a Senior Product Designer at J.P. Morgan Chase. I am currently focused on Global Payments, where I design solutions for payment initiation and recipient management.

My small business
I sell coquito during the winter holiday season. Coquito is a Puerto Rican creamy drink that is best served with some rum! It's called Coqiuto de Papi Viejo.
