I created a card game to explore systems in design. The cards are divided evenly between players (2-6). Without looking at the cards each player draws a card. Which ever player has the most points left after subtracting the attack from the opponent from the defense of the players monster, wins the pile of monsters. There are bonus cards that either give your monster one extra attack and defense point or deduct one attack and defense point. The player who collects everyone else's monsters wins.

I wanted to create a poster that had a large amount of information. So naturally the Bill of Rights came to mind. I wanted the hierarchy to be clear but I also gave it a fun aesthetic for young audience. My sister is a middle school teacher at I.S. 73 and she hung it up in her class room!
The world has been taken over by flesh eating zombies. Fear no longer because the cure has been found. The government has created a survival kit and have been air dropping them across the country. For this project I wanted to incorporate a few memorable folds. The zombies head splits open as the user opens the guide. This action makes the poster more enjoyable and interactive.

The folded poster fits into a kit. I created the kit with a laser cutter. It contains a screw driver with different tips in the handle, flash light, knife, paracord, and of course the cure in a vial.
The DaVinci Center at VCU created a Artificial Intelligence Bot that responds to text messages regarding VCU and the DaVinci program. I spent a few months training the Bot by consistently responding to incoming texts from students with scripted responses. When a student texts the AI Bot my illustration of little leo greets them along with the answer to there question.
